| In a previous message I referred to EasyNews and downloading as not being rocket science. I guess it was misinterpreted to mean that running EasyNews being easy. I hope that people understand that I meant downloading is easy... I am sure that running EN is very difficult. Keep on keepin' on, EN... I think you do a terrific job... and I've NEVER had a problem with the service. |

| I sure wish EN would fix whatever is causing multi-part messages to time out before they complete. I thought maybe it was my newsreader, but the problem does not occur when I use an alternate news service. |

| I like the new search - once I realized that it takes a while for preferences to update. It nicely compliments www.binsearch.info which is my first choice for simple searches. I'll have to take some time and check out the various search options; as a former interface designer, I appreciate your efforts. |
